After you purchase a hosting package, you receive a Account Welcome e-mail message that provides information about how to access your hosting account. The Customer Portal enables you to view your account's product information & all important hosting controls including:
Domain name and DNS records.
cPanel auto login button.
E-mail server and email creation features.
Hosting Features such as File manager etc.
Complete email history sent by Cyberin.
ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT:
You can access your hosting account in a number ways: Auto click button via Control Panel, FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or Web login via IP.
SETTING UP E-MAIL:
E-mail is an important part of running a web site, and Cyberin makes it easy to set up and manage accounts. You can directly create email accounts from control panel.
PUBLISHING YOUR WEB SITE:
To publish web site files and make them publicly viewable, upload them to your account's public_html directory only. You can update your web site files whenever you want.
If you already have a web site with another hosting provider and are moving it to Cyberin Hosting, you may want to migrate your web site data to your new account self or open support ticket. We will do it for free.
